Believe it or not, we can totally grow sweet potatoes in the Spokane/CDA area–and not just for their beautiful flowering vines, either.

If you want to get started growing some edible sweet potato tubers, you are in the right spot. It does take a bit of fenagling in our shorter season, but it is so fun and super worth it.

P.S. You are definitely going to want to get started a few months before you are able to work the soil in your garden! We suggest starting the process in January.
